What to do if the image freezes every 10 seconds?

introduction

This article is only for customers with display problems - the image freezes every 10 seconds. If you do not have such problems or the picture freezes occasionally (e.g. once an hour) - do not read this article or make any changes to your receiver!

If your image freezes every 10 seconds, you are most likely using the Oscam Emulator and that cccam Protocol.

If you are using another emulator (not Oscam) but the image freezes every 10 seconds, please contact support. In your appeal, be sure to indicate your billing login, the model of your receiver and the name of the emulator you use to connect to the server.

This issue can be resolved in one of the following ways:

1) Update your Oscam. The problem with persistent freezes has been fixed in the Oscam version 11642 fixed . If you have an older version of Oscam, try updating it.

or

2) Connect to the server using the Newcamd protocol. The problem with constant friezes only occurs when connecting via the cccam protocol!

or

3) Correct your configuration files. Check your oscam.conf and oscam.server files to see if they contain the line:

 disablecrccws = 1

then replace it with

 disablecrccws_only_for = 098D:000000;1884:000000;1813:000000;0500:060C00,060A00,050F00

( However, this method doesn't help if you look at caid 1813's NC+ package. )

Conclusion

The best way to solve this problem is to Your Oscam to update to the latest version. If you do not have these technical skills, use the steps provided in paragraphs 2 and 3. If the provided methods did not resolve the issue, contact technical support. In your appeal, be sure to indicate your billing login, the model of your receiver and the name of the emulator you use to connect to the server.
